This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website sentinelvillas.com (hereinafter, «the Website»), owned by Juan Ignacio Meyer. Access to the Website confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice.

Sentinel Villas provides management, surveillance and maintenance services for private properties (villas) on the island of Mallorca, addressed to national and international owners.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity that may be carried out with the contents of the Website without the prior written authorisation of Sentinel Villas is prohibited.

Sentinel Villas is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of the electronic system, nor from damage caused by third parties through unlawful intrusions outside the control of Sentinel Villas.

Likewise, Sentinel Villas does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could cause damage to the user's computer system. The information contained on the Website is of a general nature and does not constitute professional advice.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relations between Sentinel Villas and the user shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, except where the applicable regulations provide otherwise, in particular regarding consumers and users.

Sentinel Villas reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Modifications will be published on the Website and will take effect from the date of publication. Users are advised to review this document periodically.
