Sentinel Villas collects and processes personal data exclusively for the purposes set out below:

3. Recipients of the data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties except in the following cases:
- Necessary service providers: companies providing essential services to us (e.g. tax advisors, Zoho Mail, Formspree for the contact form), bound by data processing agreements.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): if you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. will process data under its own privacy policy.
- Public authorities: where required by law (Tax Agency, Social Security, etc.).
- Maintenance providers: we will share strictly necessary information (property address) with providers to carry out commissioned works.
4. International data transfers
Some providers may have servers outside the European Economic Area. In particular, Formspree, Inc. (provider of the contact form) operates from the United States. We ensure adequate safeguards under the GDPR are in place:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).
- Other safeguards provided for in Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD, you have the right to:
- Access: know whether we process your data and what specific data we process.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure («right to be forgotten»): request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
- Restriction of processing: request restriction in certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.
- Objection: object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, please send a message to privacidad@sentinelvillas.com with a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum of one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulation.
6. Data security
Sentinel Villas has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of personal data, including:
- Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS.
- Access restricted exclusively to authorised personnel.
- Use of email providers with encryption (Zoho Mail).
- Periodic backups.
7. Data of minors
Sentinel Villas does not direct its services to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14 years of age. If we become aware of having collected data of a minor without consent of the holder of parental authority, we will proceed to delete it immediately.
8. Modifications of this policy
Sentinel Villas reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with an indication of the date of last update.
